make that support even easier in 2010: we’ve given ourselves a makeover (well, when you’re 107 years old, you deserve it!)
We listened to our amazing retailers, our loyal readers and our thorough research team, and have been hard at work to give your customers even more reasons to choose New Idea.
Our aim? To make every page great value for our readers' precious time and money: more food, more health, more satisfying stories. We’ve employed additional, experienced staff; spent months working through new page concepts, fresh colours and developing a real Aussie style.
We’ve even invested $5 million in promotion! and, we’ve launched a major TV campaign, starring the fabulously energetic Kirby, that you’ll see running in many top rating shows, including the most watched event of the summer, the Australian Open.
But what really matters in the end, is what happens in your stores. So if staff from your store or most importantly your customers have any feedback regarding New Idea, feel free to pass this on to us.
